Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce.) pkg. banana quick bread mix
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. dry fruit bits

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease or possibly paper-line 18 (2 1/2 inch) muffin c..
  • In large bowl, combine bread mix, Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil.
  • Beat with spoon 30 seconds.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and fruit bits.
  • Fill muffin c. 3/4 full with batter.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  • Serve hot.
  • Makes about 18 muffins.
