Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour, sifted
- 3 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Melt margarine.
- Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla flavoring with margarine. Gradually add flour and cocoa. Add 1/2 cup pecans to mixture. Pour mixture into 9 x 11-inch greased pan.
- Add remaining pecans, sprinkling on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- They are done when it rises and falls back down.
