Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Griffin's Vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 squares almond bark chocolate
  • 2 graham cracker crust pie shells

Method

  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
  • Melt chocolate in microwave, being careful not to scorch.
  • Mix into cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour into crusts.
  • Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  • Cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Bake with a pan of water under cheesecake to prevent cracking.
