Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Griffin's Vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 6 squares almond bark chocolate
- 2 graham cracker crust pie shells
Method
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
- Melt chocolate in microwave, being careful not to scorch.
- Mix into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour into crusts.
- Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Bake with a pan of water under cheesecake to prevent cracking.
