Ingredients
- 4 to 6 deer steaks
- Cajun spices
- Louisiana hot sauce
- Tabasco sauce (a few drops)
- 1 c. Italian dressing
Method
- Put deer steaks in a bowl and add all spices.
- Cover and let set for several hours in the refrigerator.
- Cook on a grill, making sure each piece is done.
