Ingredients
- 2 packages (12 Oz. Size) Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 package (12 Oz. Size) Butterscotch Chips
- 1 can (12 Oz. Size) La Choy Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 can (10 To 12 Oz. Size) Mixed Nuts
Method
- 1. On countertop or table, spread 2 sheets of wax paper (about 18-24 inches long).
- 2. In a large pot, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat (if heat is too high it will become grainy/lumpy), about 10 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
- 3. Once the chips are melted, stir in chow mein noodles and mixed nuts. Stir until evenly coated.
- 4. Spoon mixture a tablespoon at a time onto wax paper. Let set for about an hour to allow chocolate to cool and set up.
- 5. Store in an airtight container.
