Ingredients
- 5 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. broken nuts
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 c. coconut flakes
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Combine honey and vegetable oil.
- Add to dry ingredients. Stir.
- Spread thin on 2 cookie sheets.
- Bake at 250° until brown, about 1 hour.
- Stir occasionally.
