Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup smooth organic peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 Alter Eco 90% Super Blackout Bars, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cups chopped roasted peanuts

Method

  • In a blender, add the almond milk, bananas, peanut butter, salt and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the freezer.
  • Combine the chocolate chunks and coconut oil in a small bowl and melt in the microwave until smooth.
  • Remove the popsicles from the molds and dip them into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts and sea salt
  • Place the popsicles on the prepared baking sheet in the freezer. Let the popsicles cool for 20 minutes before serving.
