Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup smooth organic peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 Alter Eco 90% Super Blackout Bars, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cups chopped roasted peanuts
Method
- In a blender, add the almond milk, bananas, peanut butter, salt and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the freezer.
- Combine the chocolate chunks and coconut oil in a small bowl and melt in the microwave until smooth.
- Remove the popsicles from the molds and dip them into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts and sea salt
- Place the popsicles on the prepared baking sheet in the freezer. Let the popsicles cool for 20 minutes before serving.
