- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well.
- Marinate the chicken breasts 1 to 2 hours.
- Broil chicken breasts until cooked through, then cut into pieces. Combine with marinade.
- Heat and toss with cooked pasta.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
