Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
  • 2 pinches cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. penne pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts 1 to 2 hours.
  • Broil chicken breasts until cooked through, then cut into pieces. Combine with marinade.
  • Heat and toss with cooked pasta.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
