Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic 100% stone ground whole wheat flour
  • 1 12 cups organic extra thick rolled oats whole grain
  • 12 cup organic 100% whole ground golden flax seed meal
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 cup organic blue agave nectar
  • 12 cup pure grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon organic blackstrap molasses
  • 2 eggs (beat eggs with 1/4 cup of water)
  • 1 teaspoon pure orange extract
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans

Method

  • In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
  • Mix the wet stuff with the dry stuff.
  • Add cranberries and nuts and mix.
  • Cool the mix for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  • Preheat oven to 335 degrees.
  • Drop by tablespoons or teaspoons onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden on the bottom of the cookie.
