- 1 cup organic 100% stone ground whole wheat flour
- 1 12 cups organic extra thick rolled oats whole grain
- 12 cup organic 100% whole ground golden flax seed meal
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 cup organic blue agave nectar
- 12 cup pure grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon organic blackstrap molasses
- 2 eggs (beat eggs with 1/4 cup of water)
- 1 teaspoon pure orange extract
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
- Mix the wet stuff with the dry stuff.
- Add cranberries and nuts and mix.
- Cool the mix for 20 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 335 degrees.
- Drop by tablespoons or teaspoons onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden on the bottom of the cookie.
