Ingredients
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Crepes
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Prego)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix first seven ingredients together until smooth.
- Fill center of crepe with 3 tablespoons mixture and roll up.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Freezes well.
