Ingredients
- 3/4 inch thick deer chops
- peanut oil
- garlic salt
- milk
- Worcestershire sauce
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Method
- Let chops reach room temperature.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and let stand 15 minutes.
- Mix milk with Worcestershire, enough to give it a brown color.
- Marinate chops in this mix about 10 minutes.
- Roll in bread crumbs, season lightly and fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
