Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1 cup boiling water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease a square or rectangular pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the boiling water. Beat very well, until smooth.
- Add the boiling water and beat again, carefully, as it may splash.
- Pour the batter in the pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Do not overcook.
