Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups chocolate powder
  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 1 cup boiling water

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease a square or rectangular pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the boiling water. Beat very well, until smooth.
  • Add the boiling water and beat again, carefully, as it may splash.
  • Pour the batter in the pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Do not overcook.
