- 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- prepared pesto sauce
- bread crumbs
Method
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thick. Spread each piece with pesto sauce. Roll up jelly roll fashion and secure each piece with a toothpick. Dredge in bread crumbs. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Slice and serve.
