- 3 lb. baby back pork ribs
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white dry wine
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Method
- Cut the ribs in half (or have the butcher do it).
- Marinate ribs for 4 hours or even overnight.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Drain. Bake in oven at 325° for 30 minutes.
- Turn ribs over and bake for another 15 minutes at 375°.
