Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. spareribs, cut into small pieces
Method
- Pour spices over meat and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Broil over a low flame for 10 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
