Ingredients
- 3 leaves Lettuce
- 1 Egg
- 1 Seasoned nori seaweed
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tsp Chinese soup stock
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 2 tsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, tear the lettuce and add to the pot.
- Combine the ingredients, add to the pot, and thicken the sauce.
- While stirring, pour in the beaten egg to the pot a little at a time.
- When the egg floats to the surface, remove from heat and add sesame oil.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with shredded nori seaweed.
