Ingredients

  • 3 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Seasoned nori seaweed
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Chinese soup stock
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Ground sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Katakuriko
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil

Method

  • Combine the ingredients in a pot.
  • Bring to a boil, tear the lettuce and add to the pot.
  • Combine the ingredients, add to the pot, and thicken the sauce.
  • While stirring, pour in the beaten egg to the pot a little at a time.
  • When the egg floats to the surface, remove from heat and add sesame oil.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and top with shredded nori seaweed.
