Ingredients
- 1 brisket roast (4 to 6 lb. when trimmed)
- 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce
Method
- Salt and pepper roast.
- Using a couple layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil, securely wrap the roast, pouring barbecue sauce over roast before sealing the foil.
- Bake at low heat (250° to 300°) for 3 to 4 hours.
