Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (save liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small can sliced chestnuts
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry noodles
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. liquid from mushrooms and chestnuts
- 1 1/4 c. cashews
- 2 pkg. George Washington broth
Method
- Saute vegetables in 2 tablespoons oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and put in greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° until heated.
