Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1/2 c. green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook bacon and drain.
- Saute celery and onions in drippings until tender.
- Add mushrooms, cooked rice, salt and soy sauce, stirring gently to coat all ingredients with soy sauce.
- Cook 10 minutes longer on low, stirring occasionally.
- Add crumbled bacon and mix well.
- Serve.
