Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Method
- Brown meat and drain excess fat.
- Add celery and onions and continue simmering.
- Stir in soups and sauce.
- Fold in noodles. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.
