Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast, cut up
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1/2 stick butter

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Melt butter.
  • Fry onion.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Add cut up chicken and cook until brown.
  • Put chicken, onion and butter mix into a large bowl and, with a mixer, beat in cream cheese until it looks like tuna spread.
  • Add Cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Spread rolls out.
  • Place a heaping tablespoonful of chicken mix on roll.
  • Roll into crescent shape.
  • Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
