Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown the chuck and onion in oil or "brown" in microwave.
- Add the beans, tomato, chili powder and salt to above.
- Cook in crock-pot on low for 1 to 2 hours.
- Or cook on top of stove for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
