Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 5 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce, if needed
  • 2 cans kidney beans, drained

Method

  • Brown onions and garlic in a small amount of oil.
  • Add ground chuck and brown.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper; stir well.
  • Add stewed tomatoes.
  • Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Add beans the last 10 minutes of cooking.
