- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 5 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce, if needed
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
Method
- Brown onions and garlic in a small amount of oil.
- Add ground chuck and brown.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper; stir well.
- Add stewed tomatoes.
- Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
- Add beans the last 10 minutes of cooking.
