Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 chicken breasts, boned

Method

  • Place all ingredients, except chicken, in a blender and process until well mixed.
  • Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 50 minutes or until done.
  • Serve with the suggested condiments listed in the description above.
