Ingredients
- 1 gal. tomatoes, peeled, cored and cut up
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 qt. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 4 or 5 hot peppers, ground up
- 1 qt. onions, ground up
Method
- Put ingredients in large pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook on low 1 to 3 hours until thick.
- Stir often.
- Put in hot jars.
