Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Saute ground beef and onion together until meat is brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Makes 2 1/2 cups.
