Ingredients
- 1 3/16 cups milk chocolate
- 5 5/8 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs
- 6 1/3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 pears
- 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a muffin pan or line with paper liners
- Chop the chocolate to chips.
- Melt the butter in a microwave bowl.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, and melted butter.
- Peel and cut the pears into cubes.
- Add the diced pears, baking powder, and chocolate chips to the mixture.
- Mix everything.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin pans and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
