Ingredients
- 1 c. steamed rice
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. diced Ortega chilies or more
- 3/4 lb. shredded Jack cheese
- 2 c. Cheddar for top
Method
- Steam rice 25 minutes. Mix all ingredients and top with Cheddar in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Place in oven for about 30 minutes at 350°. Could add cooked chicken or beef.
