Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jell-O pistachio pudding (3 3/4 oz.)
- 1 large (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (plus the juice)
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 large Cool Whip (9 oz.)
Method
- Pour the pistachio pudding in a bowl and add crushed pineapple plus the juice, marshmallows, nuts and Cool Whip.
- Chill overnight.
