Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can chili
- pinch of hot pepper (if desired)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Method
- Brown hamburg in large frypan with green pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Drain fat from pan.
- Add taco seasoning mix. Add chili.
- If desired, add hot pepper.
- Add the cut up cheese and cook until cheese is melted, stirring as cheese melts.
- Serve with nachos.
- Great reheated.
