Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburg
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can chili
  • pinch of hot pepper (if desired)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks

Method

  • Brown hamburg in large frypan with green pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Drain fat from pan.
  • Add taco seasoning mix. Add chili.
  • If desired, add hot pepper.
  • Add the cut up cheese and cook until cheese is melted, stirring as cheese melts.
  • Serve with nachos.
  • Great reheated.
