Ingredients
- 5 burrito-size tortillas
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 cans black beans, drained and pureed in processor
Method
- Blend cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream and onion salt. Spread black beans, then cheese mixture on tortillas. Roll and refrigerate. Slice and serve with hot sauce.
