Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 small cans green chiles, seeded and chopped
- 1 can chopped ripe olives
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. olive oil (I use regular)
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- corn chips
Method
- Mix tomatoes, chiles, olives and onion. Add olive oil and vinegar.
- Serve with corn chips.
- (Or use canned tomatoes and blend all ingredients in a blender, leaving out oil and vinegar.)
