Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. can tomatoes, well drained
- 4 oz. can diced green chiles
- 1 white or red onion, chopped
Method
- Place in heavy saucepan over very low heat.
- Cook slowly until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with corn chips or tortilla chips.
- Also it is a great accompaniment to potatoes, rice or beans.
