Ingredients
- 2 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 2 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
Method
- Melt together in top of double boiler.
- Serve with unsalted tortilla chips.
