Ingredients
- grated potatoes
- grated onion
- salt
- oat bran or oatmeal
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Mix grated potatoes and onions, salt, oat bran or oatmeal and flour.
- Roll into little balls and fry.
- Then pour mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup over them and put in microwave for a few minutes until warm.
