Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 or 2 onions
- 1 can (1 lb -3 oz.) tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 pkg. dry chili mix
- 2 or more cans kidney beans
Method
- Crumble and brown beef in skillet or stew pot. Drain and add onion and a bit of oil in necessary. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer about 2 hours. Add beans with liquid. You can add water if necessary. Heat through and remove bay leaf.
