Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 can kidney beans (No. 2 1/2 can)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Brown beef; add salt, pepper and onion.
- Cook until beef is done, then add beans, soup and water.
- Add chili and vinegar, cook about 15 minutes.
- You may add more chili powder.
