- 3 lb. chicken (approximately)
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1/2 b. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (6 oz.) can chili salsa
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can chili with beans
Method
- Boil chicken in water until done (approximately 1 hour).
- When cool, cut chicken into chunks and place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
- Cut tortillas into strips and lay on top of chicken.
