Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) container soft Cheddar cheese spread
- 1/4 lb. Blue cheese
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Method
- Soften cheeses to room temperature; blend well.
- Mix with paprika.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to mold into a ball.
- Roll in finely chopped nuts.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed.
