Ingredients
- 2 cans Pillsbury croissant rolls
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- Tony's Creole to taste
- 1 egg white
- peppercorns
Method
- Soften cream cheese and mix in mushrooms and Tony's Creole to taste.
- Spread this mixture over croissant rolls and then roll up. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with peppercorns.
- Then bake per package directions.
