Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole chilies
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Line 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with chilies; put grated cheese over chilies.
- Beat eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Pour over chilies and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
