Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. butter
- 30 large marshmallows
- 13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (8 oz.) milk chocolate bars
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix the sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat.
- Add the marshmallows, chocolate chips and chocolate bars.
- Stir until melted. Add the nuts.
- Pour into buttered jelly roll pan.
- (Fudge is creamier when kept at room temperature.)
