Ingredients
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (27 ounce) can whole green chilies
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 13 cup flour
Method
- Wash & drain and seed chiles, put one layer chiles in a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan.
- Top with a layer of both cheeses.
- Repeat another layer of chilies and cheeses.
- Beat eggs add milk and flour.
- Beat again until smooth.
- Pour milk mixture over chilies and cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
