Ingredients

  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (27 ounce) can whole green chilies
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 13 cup flour

Method

  • Wash & drain and seed chiles, put one layer chiles in a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan.
  • Top with a layer of both cheeses.
  • Repeat another layer of chilies and cheeses.
  • Beat eggs add milk and flour.
  • Beat again until smooth.
  • Pour milk mixture over chilies and cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
