Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- basil
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
- flour
Method
- Cut chicken breasts into strips.
- Dip strips in flour.
- Shake excess.
- Saute in butter.
- Add wine.
- Cut up artichoke hearts. Toss with chicken.
- Season to taste with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Cook until done, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
