Ingredients
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. diet margarine
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine all ingredients, beating well.
- Let stand for 5 minutes so oats will absorb moisture.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes on cookie sheet.
- Cool on wire rack.
