Ingredients
- 1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) pkg. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- flavored bread crumbs
- 1 large can plain artichoke hearts
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 3 scallions
- 1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
- paprika
- fresh ground pepper
Method
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Shake and dip in bread crumbs; brown in butter in frypan over medium heat.
- Place golden browned chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking casserole.
- Put cut-up artichoke hearts and sliced mushrooms over chicken.
