Ingredients

  • 4 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 12 oz. , cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 4 chewy fruit-filled cookies
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Method

  • Toss together spinach, broccoli, tomatoes and chicken.
  • Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
  • Top each salad with 2 Tbsp.
  • dressing and 1/4 of the nuts.
  • Complement each salad with a banana and a NEWTONS cookie.
  • Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of water per person.
