- 4 cups spinach leaves
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 12 oz. , cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 4 medium bananas
- 4 chewy fruit-filled cookies
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
Method
- Toss together spinach, broccoli, tomatoes and chicken.
- Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
- Top each salad with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing and 1/4 of the nuts.
- Complement each salad with a banana and a NEWTONS cookie.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of water per person.
