- 2 c. red grapes, halved
- 3 broiling chickens, cut in half or 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced red pepper
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
Method
- Halve the grapes.
- Place raw chicken in a large, shallow dish. Sprinkle grapes, onion and red peppers over chicken.
