Ingredients
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils; cook and stir 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat; add vanilla.
- Cool.
- Pour into container. Cover and refrigerate.
- Makes 2 cups of syrup.
