Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans of contadina tomatoes diced ( or whole)
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 green bell pepper(diced or chunk)
  • 1 onion(diced)
  • 2 jalepenos or banana peppers diced or sliced
  • 1 pound of contadina pasta( your choice)
  • 1 can of sliced baby mushrooms
  • water
  • 1 stick butter
  • & 2 box of stuffing

Method

  • Preheat oven at 400
  • Clean, cut(diced:sliced) the chicken & place in large caserole dish or the way i like it in a deep 16 inch cast iron skillet,mix all other ingredients & pour on top of chicken, add 7-8 cups of water, pour the dry stuffing( stove top:etc..,on top even on top of all ingredients & cook on 400 (depending on oven) for 30 minutes w/o stirring. Cool for 10 minutes & eat all you want!! BE SURE TO COVER CASSEROLE DISH OR SKILLET DURING COOKING.
